As a listed company, Noblelift pays attention to sustainable development and social welfare, as well as safety, health and environmental issues, which is the key to our business success. We always inspect various aspects in business operation: whether our products are safe and reliable? Whether our solutions have made reasonable use of the resources? Whether we have brought value to our customers? How can we contribute to the business, the community, our business partners, and our operations around the world? Whether the nature, people, enterprises and communities are living in harmony? Noblelift sincerely and persistently uses its products, services and professional knowledge to fulfill its responsibilities and obligations for the change of society and the improvement of people’s living quality, and strives to do better.
The Changxing Jiapu Weimei Grape Professional Cooperative was established in June 2008, based in Wucheng Village, which has promoted the surrounding farmers to plant grapes for more than 1,000 mu（about666,667 m2), which promotes the rapid development of local planting industry and increases farmers' income. Since 2019, Noblelift has provided financial support for the Cooperative to introduce new grape varieties, maintain daily management, and conduct technical training, etc., and has mobilized the company's employees to buy the grapes to help the farmers in difficulty increase their income.
In 2019, the company set up the "Noblelift Volunteer Service Team" and carried out more than 30 public welfare and charity activities, with more than 1,000 participants. Noblelift volunteers have participated in various public welfare activities like blood donation, security patrol at night, typhoon disaster relief, tree planting, and covid-19 services.
In December 2012, the company set up the "3+3 Employees Assistance Fund" in Changxing County Charity Federation, which mainly supports the employee families that have difficulties due to various reasons. All employees will donate 3 Yuan per month, and the company will also donate 3 Yuan accordingly to the Fund. Before the Spring Festival, the employees in difficulty will receive the grants. So far, more than 1,000 people have received the grants from the company.
Noblelift has provided long term support for Changxing County Peizhi School, Changxing County Blue Sky School, and various township social welfare institutions. For more than a decade, on each important holiday, Noblelift volunteers always bring gifts and grants to visit the elderly people and the children in need, and send them greetings and holiday blessings. The company also contacts the Changxing County Charity Federation each year to learn the information about the poor families that need help, and the company allocates special funds to help the vulnerable groups. Through such actions, it shows the company’s social morals and its care for the people, which has been highly recognized by the public.
Uncle Liu Boming and Aunt Xu Xiaoyun are all from Jiapu Town. Aunt Liu is a beneficiary of the five guarantees welfare.It is a torture for her to see the reunion of other families in each holiday.During this Spring Festival holiday, she couldn't help crying with joy when she received the consolation money and warm greetings from Noblelift employees.
It is a tradition of Noblelift to visit poor families and nursing homes in surrounding towns during the Spring Festival. In cold winter days, Noblelift employees will visit those who are seriously ill, physically disabled, old and infirm, unable to work, as well as households enjoying the five guarantees.
In 2018, Noblelift visited 9 towns and Jiapu Nursing Home to understand the physical conditions and living conditions of the elderly, sent greetings and cares to them and encourage them to face the difficulties in life and maintain an optimistic and healthy attitude.Noblelift sent a total of 305,700 Yuan’s consolation money and gifts to 37 poor families, 29 heirless elderly and 32 employees in difficulty.
The water drips converge into a big stream, and small acts of kindness show great love. Noblelift deeply understands that company development is inseparable from the help of the community, so it actively practices its social responsibility, persistently helps those who are experiencing difficulty and in need, and transmits more positive and good forces to the society.
Every child has a vision for the future, but not every child has a smooth environment to realize their dreams. With the help and care of Noblelift, though in a difficult environment, the children can continue to receive education at school and thus realize their life-changing dreams.
Since the establishment of the "Sunshine Charity Scholarship Fund" in 2005, Noblelift has sponsored more than 600 needy students. The fund aims to help underprivileged students of good conduct and excellent academic performance until they graduate from university. The company regularly visits the students to understand their actual conditions. In 2018, Noblelift invested nearly 350,000 Yuan in scholarships to help 82 students. In addition, Mr. Ding Yi, Chairman of the Group, provided financial aid to 9 college students and 3 middle school students in the name of his family.
Noblelift attaches great importance to the transformation and improvement that education can bring to individuals, enterprises and society. Over the years, Noblelift has done a lot to help more children gain equal access to education, hoping that knowledge can change their destiny and enable them to give back to society in the future.
